All About the Ground Work

I’m not just saying this because I am the ground crew, but how smoothly the ground operation works directly impacts how much work gets done in a day with the airplane. Efficiency is key and it also helps to be organized, willing to hustle, and fun to be around. It’s very standard in this industry to work on the ground for a season or two before getting into an airplane. If you’re not willing to work hard on the ground, an operator may not be interested in putting you in an airplane. A good attitude also helps. Here are a couple videos that show you what you can expect on the ground level. Every operation is different, this is just how we run.
